Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations received in writing through May 13, 2022 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received after May 13, 2022*. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ADS meetings. Registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. ADS accepts no responsibility and will not provide reimbursement for any prepaid or non-refundable airfares or other expenses incurred by conference participants.

*Registrations for the live meeting that are not able to attend in-person due to COVID-19 will be converted to the Virtual Meeting. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the policy listed above.
