The American Delirium Society (ADS), now in its 13th year, and on an impressive growth trajectory, seeks to foster research, education, quality improvement, patient-safety, advocacy and implementation science to minimize the impact of delirium on patients across the healthcare spectrum. We are proud of the truly interdisciplinary nature of ADS, which brings together professionals from different disciplines under a single organization with the intent of raising awareness about the nature, consequences, and management of delirium. Under the ADS umbrella, clinicians and researchers collaborate to promote understanding and foster research on the nature, prevention, and treatment of this devastating syndrome.

The ADS 2023 Annual Conference will be held from June 11-13, 2023 at The Rhode Island Convention Center – located in the heart of Providence, RI. The 2023 conference will be the largest ADS to date, with an expected attendance of close to 350 delirium-focused clinicians, researchers, and administrators attending from around the world. Our two-day scientific program will include over 35 different sessions led by more than 150 of the top delirium experts in the world. Our interdisciplinary expert faculty from more than 17 different countries, includes clinical, translational, and implementation science experts with expertise in surgery and peri-operative care, critical care, geriatrics, pediatric, and palliative care.

We applaud the mission of your company to improve delirium recognition to help reduce its impact across the healthcare spectrum. This letter provides information regarding the 2023 ADS conference and is also an invitation to explore the ways in which your company can engage with our 350 expected attendees.

We hope your company is excited to partner with the American Delirium Society at our June 2023 Annual Conference in Providence, RI!
